Script Call

Hey guys, I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but a few items in my sims' house seems to have automatically gone to my household inventory. When I try to place these objects again, it says something like "Script Call Failed", or something like that. It is doing this to vanilla objects as well as custom content. Is this a bug in the new base game update, or are my mods messing it up?
