Scuba diving?
Where do you go? Only buoys I can find are the s snorkeling ones.

As far as I've seen, mermaids can only freedive and spear fish on those buoys. Might be more, but I'm not in game to check atm. They don't scuba dive (or buy the diving gear as far as I know) or snorkel.
