Scuba diving?
Where do you go? Only buoys I can find are the s snorkeling ones.

I've only found one so far. Travel to Calder Camp on Mua Pel'am, go down the hill and out to the empty lot on the island ahead. There's a fishing post there also. A bit further out there is a red diving buoy. (look out for fins in the water...)
Faster to just travel straight to the empty lot on the little island with the fishing sign. :)
