As far as I know, there's no way to do this. Except ... with MCCC (MC Command Center) there is now an option to change the actual season. If you use mods. If you don't, this is one of the things I do. In my rotation saves, I set my seasons to the longest possible which helps some but if I want a sim to experience a certain season I'll have to flip over to them if their turn won't come up before that.
Alternatively, you could set your seasons to be 7 days only. May make it easier to get around to that particular season (again, if you don't use mods).
