Seasons on Winderberg Island

I'm so sad! It used to be a private type of island, no one would walk by, no townies, and I didn't have to worry about so many random townies being generated (with my mod set up) but now they walk by for no reason! Anyone else sad by this?

    it's not a bug, it's actually coded in the walk-by file for the Island. There are certain multipliers set for Sims to walk-by in specific weather conditions. Not sure if the dev team would change anything there. Maybe a modder can adjust the files to not allow walk-by Sims during weather conditions etc.

    I think the private lot trait stops door-knocking not walkbys.

    Has anyone reported this on EA Bugs?
