Seasons doesn't have a new world or not much new gameplay elements either, it's just mostly weather and calendar. Discover University has more gameplay, but it's tiring and repetitive, time management is very difficult.
I'm not a huge fan of either one. If you need weather in your game, then Seasons is a good choice. If you want more gameplay then Discover University.
