@YankeesForever --- I believe TS3 had an air conditioner that didn't work but made the Sims cooler because they thought it worked. I know I bought something like that for my TS3 Sims. Maybe they'll do the same for air conditioning/fans, or heat in TS4.
I've played a lot more TS4 because that was my first experience with Sims, but I got TS3 because I wanted to see what toddlers had been like. Both games have different pros and cons.
