I saw this too and that is awful. My issue is my email address is linked to a phone I don't have anymore so that "two-step" verification really messed me up because I can't get on my e-mail because I don't have the phone to verify(huge mess and there is nothing you can do to access your e-mail if you don't have the phone to verify it on..no where was this explained when I used two-step verification) Long story short, Origin has no viable way for me to update my new e-mail address, even EA HQ can't or will not answer this issue :neutral:
