I can actually tell a difference between YA and Teen. I do my own "story progression" similar to rotating, but really just setting them up with families and jobs, and I can usually tell by a family tree portrait or seeing them in the edit families section, that they have aged up. It doesn't bother me as much as others, but I do understand where everyone is coming from. The jump from a child to a fully grown teen is almost as weird as a baby jumping out of a cradle into a child. I don't think changing the teens physical characteristics is something that would happen this far into the game, but I do think preteens could bridge that gap. They listen to us, loud and clear, they see what we are saying. They knew we were mad about no toddlers, they know we are mad about the height of teens. The only thing our comments are good for right now is feedback for the future iterations or perhaps (though I doubt it, but would love to be proven wrong) adding the preteen stage. If we have a Sims 5, I am sure they will not make the same mistake with toddlers or teens again. I feel like we are all just beating a dead horse right now. I for one, am just excited that these life stages are being broadened. I don't complain much; I see it as just taking away from what I DO enjoy.
