Selecting random Sims from the gallery

When I make Sims and upload them to the Gallery, sometimes they will come with a few preset traits, skills, career levels, and points in something (like if vampires or celebs) as part of their background personality when they start. Usually no more than a few of those skills are either increased (or decreased) and I leave the rest up to you. I do that only in the interests of keeping their original character somehow intact. In fact, for my CAS project I've now been adding in reputation levels and even Fame levels to some sims as appropriate. Mind you not every Sim I make has these either; many are just made in CAS and uploaded as-is.
