Selling paintings

Please give me best locations to sell paintings when Flea Market is not open. Thanks!

ugh. So I got the portable art holder thing, went to the Arts Quarter to do a street sale. ALOT of sims came up to MY sim to talk to him but not ONE painting was sold. I had to restart the street sale three times and still nothing. Markup is 100%. Am I doing something wrong?
