Selling paintings

Don't sale your paintings at the art center location because all the sims seem to be interested in is going to check out all the other paintings and really no reason to stay in the street area, except for the only festival there, which is not idea to saling panting as the festival is a joke and prank festival.

Edit best place is at the spice festival, flea market, geekcon and love festival.
