Sentiments Throwing Me For a Loop lol

I was playing with my Legacy family and my sim, Journee, went to see her sister, Vanessa. I went to check their sentiments because Journee got the "Closer from Happy Memories" one but not only did Vanessa not get it, she has the Hurt sentiment! I'm like BABY NOO WHAT DID I DO??? This isn't a complaint by the way lol.
  • I'm loving the sentiments! Had to share this cause I thought it was cool.

The mother in my legacy game got hysterical out of nowhere and died while on vacation.. like immediately. As soon as her emotion changed over I was literally sending her to a mirror to chill out when she died lol.

  • Aw! I Wish it did say what we did. Sometimes I wonder if it'll be easier to track by turning autonomy off so I can know exactly what interactions lead to which sentiments.
  • Although do sims react to cheating regardless of whether their partner accepted it or not? Journee's ex showed up and started flirting with her and now I have to deal with her husband thinking she cheated with no way to rectify the situation, so there's a complaint.

For those that have the patch, would you say sentiments has made a big change in the way you play the game?
Has it made a meaningful impact?

As far as I've seen they get an emotion moodlet when near the sim they have a sentiment with. My sim and Thorne are deeply in love and get a special moodlet, it just boosts the current emotion with the rest of the moodlets.
