Seriously Devs stop putting sims in random outfits!

I am so sick of this at this point. I take the time to makeover and give all my Sims good outfits. Then whenever I see them around town they are wearing pink pants a green top and a dumb hat... Why...

The funny thing is that the festival outfits are working fine now - this random sim had the cutest outfit on the romance festival and when the festival ended she promptly changed into the weirdest combo with that ridiculous inventor/googly hat that isn't even available in cas. I was like what the fudge!
