Seriously Devs stop putting sims in random outfits!

I am so sick of this at this point. I take the time to makeover and give all my Sims good outfits. Then whenever I see them around town they are wearing pink pants a green top and a dumb hat... Why...

@kwanzaabot's mod works pretty well for a fix. My sims look normal again! ( for the most part) I'm sure this will get fixed soon with an official patch though.
