Seriously Devs stop putting sims in random outfits!

I am so sick of this at this point. I take the time to makeover and give all my Sims good outfits. Then whenever I see them around town they are wearing pink pants a green top and a dumb hat... Why...

Thanks for posting that link I noticed when I downloaded it was dated Nov. 22, 2017 so will this work with any patch version in future as well do you think? Also I asked in another thread but will ask here as well has the MC mod got the capability to stop townies (well all sims) wearing EA's clothing combos I hate seeing around my worlds no matter where they are?
