Seriously, what's the logic behind bills anyway?

I feel that the bills at times are way too high. If you own the items, you don't keep paying for them and the value of the house is only when you buy it. Sure rent of some houses might cost more if they are bigger; but a few houses I have are over $14,000 and those aren't even really fancy mansions for celebs.

I get some people want a challenge; but sometimes it is too difficult to keep up without cheating.
