They have two QA teams according to their credits (one local and one in India), I have no idea what they are actually checking, I guess they are just checking to make sure that the features somewhat works and does not crash the game.
They need to start including balancing and longer testing, some of these things could easily have been avoided if they actually played the game for a couple of hours.
