We live near something like that in a small form. They have a huge chair lift & large car lift. It goes on the mountain to a huge building where you can buy treats, food, suvenirs, sledding, some carnival stuff for smaller kids, pictures, and a huge ice skating rink. I hope they do something in that area and maybe that is what is coming as it would be a new experience for sims/simmers. :)
