Once you have set items/outfits for sale save it to your Library so you don't have to do it again in future games.
I always set up my Retail lots before sharing them on the Gallery.
The clothes one might have been shared while mannequins were buggy (I've been hearing they are fixed now) so that might be why they were nude. While buggy you couldn't place/load lots with dressed mannequins as it would crash the game.
