I think that might take a little while. I started on a swimming pool but because I am spending all my time changing colours, patterns it's going to be a long time before my build is finished. The objects and swatches are really beautiful and the artwork has come a long way from that in the earliest packs, though Get Famous was good too. I keep stopping just to admire it!

The house in the stream is now in the Gallery as it is put in as the latest Maxis Fave.

It's called Gather in the Courtyard

I redecorated the interior of an apartment in the Eco Lifestyle expac.

Used the tiles for the kitchen and bathroom, set out some tables with it, and swapped in the doors. The doors maybe wasn't a good idea and might swap back because they're a little tall in an apartment - but at this early stage, just goofing around with it.

Well, I was going to build a little something, but I saw Maxis' build in the Gallery and WOW! I gave a new sim household enough money to buy the home and placed it in Oasis Springs. Gorgeous house. Great as inspiration for other builds too. <3

I have some new Courtyard Oasis builds. I just upgraded my Princess Jasmine's Desert Palace, built a Courtyard Oasis Home & a Campyard Oasis. I saved them in the Gallery under SEREFRAS. You are all welcome to check them out & please let me know if you like them. ;)

This one took me a long time to build and to playtest and debug :) here it is!

Myshuno Court is a Mediterranean villa whose owners donated it to the city to serve as its Center Park. The building hosts a cafe during the day, a bar at night, and banqueting facilities for a magical wedding or an epic party. The second floor was recently renovated to provide space for community groups and activities. The towers are a mystery; local teens whisper that they've figured out a way to get into one tower for secret parties of their own, but the other is a mystery…

I created this home with a single parent in mind but the toddlers room could be changed.
I did not use terrain paint so it will go on any world or on a sandy lot.
