Oh I have to check this in my game today my sim is fully green friends with Patchy... would be strange if she was suddenly scared of him.
Edited to add... oh good she wasn't scared of him... but they were both scared of the thunderstorm and she caught some more fear from him. I didn't overpower her playful mood though that she came home from school with.
