With the drop of the new Scared emotion, I expect there will be some new surprises and memorable moments for all. So share your scared Sims stories and screenshots here!
Just reporting in to say that the adventure in Selvadorada is much better with the Scared emotion. And while many things remain the same, the reaction to skeletons and temple traps are way more improved. I took so many pictures, lol. I had to pick out a variety that displayed the various animations.
Forgive the quality of pictures, I had to brighten them because the temple is dark and gloomy and I didn't have much time for editing. I'll put them in segments under spoilers.
So I brought my three Sirens into the Jungle for experimentation. Everything played out the same as it had been until they got into the temple and started fiddling around with the traps. They released the first skeleton and it came up to Aglaope...
I feel like the skeleton had more animations added because it happily terrorized my Mermaids. Much to my absolute delight. https://i.imgur.com/MovXQkj.png
Aglaope was quite scared, frozen in place. https://i.imgur.com/YvHY96w.png
...Even when it started playing on its ribcage. https://i.imgur.com/IjhBXk3.png
Meanwhile, Parthenope fiddled with a decoy trap, and after pulling out a skeletal hand and passing out, she got up, got a curse of horrible temple visions and took off running...
So she promptly peed herself. https://i.imgur.com/MxIEz4q.png
And then all was calm again, save for the embarrassment. https://i.imgur.com/2DOUkwR.png
In conclusion, I'd say Jungle Adventure is so much more fun with the Scared emotion. Now I want to cheat some skeletons around the normal towns and see if they still have the same effect on Sims. >:)
