Should base game bundle early packs into it for all players to own now?

It will be seven years the sims 4 was released this september and if continue development is truly planned for two more years, I wonder if the base game should start combining or bundling early game p...

I agree. It would also cause backlash from people who didn't buy all of the packs. Most people don't want things forced on them that they never wanted in the first place, and that too would happen. For instance, there are a number of packs I haven't bought, not because of money, but because I Do Not Want Them.
