Should future Occults be in dedicated Game Packs (like Vampires)?

Personally, i'm a fan of seeing occults in dedicated Game Packs because i believe that leaves EAxis no excuses to make them half-baked and they will be as fleshed out as Vampires. (also more profit!) ...

I want both occult game packs and a Supernatural expansion I guess with some occult states that won't really be in game packs idk
