That's really bad indeed. Wonder if something about the game choosing certain types of npc's got messed up with the addition of new types of role npc's?
I haven't been at the Accolades of late, since my sims haven't done anything award-worthy, but the last time, game kept picking rampaging werewolves for bouncers, who then would scare both the celebrities and the fans. So the system can be a bit wonky at times, as it seems to be unable to calculate whether or not the picked npc is able to actually do their job.
