Nope. It fails both as a simulator (due to its god awful AI) and as a LIFE simulator specifically. Call it a storytelling/building tool or whatever, but it is not a life simulator.

Doesn’t matter what YOU feel it’s failed as, by definition it’s a life simulator whether it’s a good or bad one....
