I started a Legacy Challenge a while ago and I've been playing for what feels like 10 million hours but time just doesn't pass! Anyway, now I've become really, really attached to this family and I'm dreading the generation changes. :(
It all started with Ariana Singletary. She met Akito in town (Gotta stick to the alphabetical order for every generation so finding spouses gets much harder!) and they soon got married and had a baby girl - Bella Singletary!

Bella grew up into a child and Akito became older. Then the family decided Bella shouldn't be an only child, so in the literal last days of Akito's life, they decided to have another baby... Beau Singletary!

Akito passed away the day after Beau's birth so he doesn't remember his dad. They lived as a family of three and everything was alright - but then Beau grew up into a child. Bella and Beau are very different so as soon as Beau grew up, things became... less peaceful around the house.
Bella is obsessed with sports, wants to be a bodybuilder, and has always been popular. Beau is a little artist and just getting interested in computers.

Their mom managed to afford a big home for all of them before she retired. Bella grew into a young adult, Beau grew into a teenager, and Ariana is just trying to keep up.

Right now I'm not sure how "Generation B" is even going to survive without their mom, let alone create "Generation C". We have a kid-just-turned-teenager and a young adult who hasn't worked a day in her life! Yay!
I can see why you are attached. I can see how much fun you are having. Little Bella is cute. They will survive and flourish I am sure. We all must sometimes learn to fly with or without parents, but luckily mother is still alive and they have time to grow up more.
