Elora dragged Xzavier to the park and the library in search of people her own age, but had no success. In desperation, she got him to chaperone her to The Blue Velvet, but still no joy. She decided to start holding a series of small, get-acquainted parties to build friendships and introduce her brothers to people. Her mother approves this idea and has volunteered to tend bar if it's a house party. After some indecision about whether to throw a house party or go with a dance party at the Blue Velvet, she went with the dance party and invited three of her adult acquaintances (two women and a man) And, on whim, Summer Holiday's ghost. She forgot that one of women she invited is evil, and she proved it by insulting poor Hibbert's party outfit. Elora was able to ease his embarrassment with a compliment, but promptly began to exclude her. Xzavier was quite offended by how she had treated his brother and told her so. Elora's no-longer-a-potential friend got angry and walked out. There was a little more action to ease sore feelings, but a good time not being had by all, Elora called for an early end, and her brothers agreed. It wasn't a complete failure, but not a resounding success, either. She'll get better at it.
