Sim had baby while inactive

My baby daddy Sim has gotten several inactive Sims pregnant; I'll peek into Manage Households and see the new offspring. One of the ones he got pregnant was Eliza Pancake and it was just before she aged into an Elder, so since she and Bob are getting up there in years I moved the child in with one of my other Sims (his dad's sister, plus her younger son and his new wife). I converted the home gym in their house to a second master bedroom for her, the boy has his own room, and her daughter-in-law is pregnant which will give her the 4th grandchild she needs for Big Happy Family aspiration.
