Sim kids and future relationships
OK so I've been wondering about this. It's something that I do all the time and I want to know if I'm in the minority or not. So are you the type of player that plans out who their kid is going to end...

It depends. I tend to do it more with seconday households (what I call pre-existing sims I care aobut but won't play, like the Goths and Pancakes).
I usually go for looks (unless Evil or Slob or other trait I hate). So if they're not looking good as teens... no deal.
