Your Sim is working too hard and needs a break. You can also help ease things a bit by changing what they're doing at work. Instead of work hard, you can have them socialize with co-workers, schmooze the boss or work normal. Don't keep that on for too long, or your Sim might not get as much credit for working that day. Keep an eye on their color. If you see they're getting tense, change what they're doing at work! If all else fails, let them take that well-earned vacation day. Also, help them have fun and unwind when at home.
