Sim seems to be dripping or sweating all the time

Not sure if this is related to the latest patch but one of my sims is dripping all the time. This even happens when he's sleeping in bed. I haven't noticed this issue before tonight.

It's the first time I see this bug, and I've been playing since the game came out. So old thread yes, and I apologize for the necro, but it seems like a brand new bug to me, or at least an old one that came back.

I've tested a little more. Just creating a new outfit in CAS give my sim the sweaty/wet looking face. Although the oldest outfit doesn't have it.
It stays on when I delete the clothes, and if I make the same outfit as the oldest one. Basically any change makes it happen.

It only happened to one sim so far. She used to be an NPC that I changed in CAS using cheats, and then she started changing clothes randomly, even replacing the ones I made her. Now that I'm playing her, she no longer changes clothes, but she gets these weird sweats that never go away.

This is when it's time to ask... what mods do you have?

My Sims never get that very wet or shiny look, just a little. Nowhere near as bad as it was in Sims 3 tho, where all Sims looked like living plastic dolls.
It is strange that it's just one Sim for you, otherwise I would have guessed you had a bad graphics card or outdated graphics drivers.
