Edit to add a few more moments under the spoiler.SpoilerI like how the performers would bow and such after their performance and that we have interactions to cheer, take photos, and the like if we click on them.

Looks good to me. Imagine 10x size stage would look kinda wasted with 1 artist and 10 sims cheering, no?- This whole thing sounded cringey and dumb to me before I saw screenshots and now I regret my cynicism. It looks adorable; I can't wait to go home and try it!

On the Monday, I switched to one of my other households and the game had given this sim a concert t-shirt I didn't want in place of the top I chose for her. I had to go back to a previous game save to see which outfit I had chosen so that I could put it back to the way it was. I don't want English words on my sims outfits and I don't want them switching my own sims outfits.
I expect all the sims that went to that concert will now have permanent concert t-shirts on. In fact, the sim above wasn't even there, so I don't know how she ended up with one.
I guess they work like the shirts in City Living where they overwrite your current sims outfits, and if your sim is wearing a full body outfit they can end up with no pants. That's not a great solution.- Seven of my sims fell victim to the festival shirt trap before I managed to blacklist all six interactions in MCCC >:)
I'm just glad they were sims I recognized, not keen on browsing all my townies to re-dress them properly.

The whole thing was very cute, I'm glad I set a timer to download the update and play, but it definitely gave me more of a neighborhood band or smalltown college band feeling rather than a big event. But Willow Creek of course really is just a little suburb, so it might fit the devs image of it. - @EnkiSchmidt Thanks for the tip, I will blacklist those t-shirt interactions too.
