Sim Won't Get Abducted

What category is that satellite in - I want it so I don't get abducted.

You can't buy it. You have to make it in the science career or buydebug.

You can't buy it. You have to make it in the science career or buydebug.

If you use the right cheat you can buy it. I found it, finally, I had to search under GTW items only.

My sims traits are Geek, Materialistic, and creative And his aspiration is Fortune- fabulously wealthy. Once i started the game i made him get the detective job, he didn't pick up any collections or anything. Once he went to sleep he got up and ran outside to look at a mystery light and he got abducted, then he got dropped off pregnant :( It's so weird that half of the people are getting abducted and half aren't, Once i had the alien baby, two nights later it happened again then again :|

well I believe it is like with the earlier Sims games then. Once you allow the aliens to abduct you and impregnate your Sim, the game assumes that you allow this to happen and so the aliens get activated. I was once abducted with a female Sim who did not come back pregnant, well guess what since then I played days ongoing without another encounter. And the sudden get up from bed to check out lights never happened either. Do you have any mods installed Tris?

Yeah when he got up out of bed to investigate the light i couldn't stop him at all from checking it out, and i clicked like crazy lol. Yeah I hear females don't get pregnant from abductions but the guys do. But no I don't have any mods installed at all. Maybe they keep coming back because i keep sending the baby back to them :|

hm maybe it's time to start a new game just to be sure, without any mod. Maybe I even create a new Sims 4 folder for Origin to create it completely new and then I try it without mods. I am not certain if my mods would affect anything regarding aliens. But who knows...

Same! I have like 12 space rocks, an observatory, rocket and level 6 in scientist career and have still not gotten abducted once.

mine just got abducted and i have 2 space rocks and the satelite

My sim will not get abducted too!! I got the satellite dish from the cheat, but nothing is happening. I really want to get abducted! Please help
