Sims 2-4 Seasons Trailer Comparison

I preferred Seasons in 3 more than 2, mainly due to the open world. I have a feeling 4 will be a nice mixture of 2
and 3 (minus open world obviously)

For Me The Only Problem Is No New World Honestly.

All of the trailers made me awww. Nostalgia with all the music especially.
I don't remember ever watching the first two sims videos during the time of release. I must have been really busy with life during the Sims 2 Seasons period because although I got it and incorporated it into my game I don't remember playing with much of that stuff. I want to catch fireflies in a jar now (I know we have them in 4 but that particular animation was fun). Also makes me want a juicer but I think that will come if not this time then with another sort of pack. I don't like the Sims 3 art style for the sims themselves so it doesn't make me want it but the music is great also makes me want apple bobbing, trick or treating and pumpkin stomping. I think beach stuff and activities will come to 4 with a vacation pack. The Sims 4 trailer I think I've watched about 30 times already and .. can't wait to have this stuff in my game it gives me happy, warm feelings and the grins. Actually all of it does what is that saying? Comparison is the thief of joy.

All three trailers made me cry tears of joy when I first saw them, so I honestly don't know if I could pick a 'favorite'... lol However, probably due to nostalgia, I'd probably have to say Sims 2: Seasons was my overall favorite! :heart: It makes me think so much of my childhood! I was like 11 years old when that pack came out (I'm 23 now).

The trailer in itself for Sims 2 was not that great, but boy did it hit me with a big dose of nostalgia! I also seriously miss the sunburns and swimming in the ocean and stuff from sims 3. But I have to say, the Sims 4 trailer holds up! It looks fresh and fun and exciting. The lightning power at the end is a mysterious and unexpected surprise. There’s lots to look forward to!

The sims 2 trailer hit me with a major dose of nostalgia also. I will say that all trailers for seasons for each generation looked good.

I liked the Sims 3 Seasons, just wished festivals were better populated.

I'm shocked I'm saying this but Sims 4 Seasons is probably gonna be my fave of all the three. It could also be because I'm so hyped at the moment. :p

I recently played one and actually loved playing an alien, i don't like the much in Sims 2 and 4.

I prefer Sims 3 first and then Sims 2 and Sims 4 dead last. :) After the way EA/Maxis hyped Sims 2013 with all the hype trailers that made Sims 2013 look good and when in real time some of the gameplay was not what it was hyped to be I do not trust EA/Maxis hype trailers and do not pre order any games from them.
