I agree with Flap. I don't want to see a totally open world, because of the stress that it caused on my computer. What I would love to see would be open neighborhoods, meaning go to your neighbor's door, knock, and walk in without the loading screen. Or going from my sim's home to a community lot, within the same neighborhood with no loading screen.
