Sims 4 based on real life
Practicing speech on mirror(as i did also in sims 3) improves charisma, but if i doing it on real life, it will improve too? As well build my self confidence, throw away problems?

The acquisition of most in game skills can be translated to real life. Cooking, baking, mixology, handiness, singing, gardening, fitness, painting, guitar, etc. Practice makes perfect. :)
