Sims 4 Cheats Are Not Working

You're welcome! Though by re-disable, I think you also have to retype the cheat in the command box to even get the shift menu to show up again. I discovered this rather late last night and don't remember exactly, so forgive me.

headlineeffects isn't hiding plumbobs. I hate plumbobs and this cheat in TS3 was my favorite. Also, when activated if you hover over another sim their names won't pop up. That's the only cheat that I am struggling with. Reset worked for a sim that got glitched with the laptop, and motherlode works great. I've used Testingcheats to change sims in town that are wearing that ugly sombrero, and ridiculous outfits.

testingcheatsenabled true does not work for me. I even looked at the link someone said (ign.com/wikis/the-sims-4/Cheat_Codes) and still didn't work. I do true and click the person and nothing changes. Kaching and motherlode work but not testingcheatsenabled.

@OrangePlumbob, I agree testingcheats work but the only difference is the reset isn't working for me. I'm wondering if they are planning on patching anytime soon?!

Once testing cheats enabled Shift click on sims to get reset option.

Thanks @ceejay402, I did not click on the sim for an option I just thought it would reset them by name. I'll try it out.
