Sims 4 Insane Bill Hike Since Horse Ranch expansion

I was so happy to with how low all the bills are in the lots in Chestnut Ridge, but since, I have loaded up other homes in other worlds, there seems to be a ridiculous bill hike. Like two homes, ...

Ok yes, for the roof question, it depends on the type of roof. You can look in the description of the roof pattern. Some say "bill surcharge item".
