No matter what computer you have, be it a laptop or desktop, you can always upgrade your hard drive to one with more space. If y'all like to keep a couple nice games downloaded all at one time, I'd suggest trying to upgrade for a SSD hard drive that's got 1 terabyte of space. There are hard drives with 2 terabytes too, but that's only really necessary if you have a whole collection of console-quality games all downloaded to your PC.
Currently, I'm in a position where I don't have enough space to keep both Sims 3 and Sims 4 downloaded at the same time. So for now I only have TS4 while I wait for an opportunity to get a tech upgrade. However, I do have enough space to have Sims 4, a few smaller games like Stardew Valley, and 4 MMORPGs. Currently my hard drive is only 600 gigabytes.
