As controversial as this might seem... I'm glad. TS4 is a good game. It's not TS3 or TS2, it's its own thing, its own experience. Over the past year, The Sims team have shown that they are actively listening to the community and do their best to build upon the game to make the experience an even better one.
Even if it might take time (development and production doesn't happen overnight), I'm convinced that the game is going to get even better, bit by bit. It's already happening!
