There's a lot of recycling, here are some of the most obvious build/buy items side by side (I don't have the nursery kit, but the night stand is almost identical and I think the curtains are very similar too).
Also the world I beautiful but very, very empty, it's mostly shells. There isn't that much you can do.
No new traits, really ?!

I don't own the fairy pack, but I'd double check the ideal Nature-loving. If nothing there, hopefully it will be added soon.

I don't know how but they have thought to include fairys in the expansion pack. Even though they are the newest one 🙄

It's hard to take screencaps in Ondarion with most of the townies spawning in dress in random clothing. My sim was dueling Verdemar and I got people with eyeball rings and bathing suits. Princess Cordelia V is in the crowd shot next to Nancy Landgraab and a sim who dresses like Laura from Little House on the Prairie if she was goth. Not that sims actually gather for crowds, or even pay attention to anything.

I have been playing since the first arrival of the Sims. I have consistently bought every single game and pack (except the Katy Perry one Sims 3, just couldn't bring myself to do it). It has always been a great source of comfort to build and engage in some interactive game play. And as with most iterations of the game, the packs tend to build on one another. In previous iterations and packs this build up has been better dressed and presented to hide some of the obvious. This pack of which I had high hopes for is nothing more than the new ownership (Saudi's and Jared K) trying to save money ( I didn't think anyone could be cheaper than EA), by shamelessly repurposing previous items and builds and gameplay into a colossal mashup of bugs and unfulfilling game play. While I am the remaining Sims player in my family, our 5 kids all play various kinds of video games and compete so I am not unfamiliar with other games, systems or the cost of gaming. And while the Sims has been much cheaper compared to other games that have this wide of an audience, the cost this time greatly outweighs the Franchise.

Not that I didn't know this would happen but sure enough, the first time a royal (Archduke Capp) showed up randomly in Crow's Crossing he did push ups wearing his crown. /facepalm

Apart from African style items the B/B of this pack looks quite boring to me. Maybe it is because many of the items look very familiar, even so much that I would say I have seen them before in the game.
From an expansion pack I would expect to experience some expanding from what we already have. This recycled B/B content is not worth the price of an ep.

EP21 Royalty & Legacy had the cheapest development ?
But EA forgot to count the cost to fix the Family Tree ... How many decades to get one working properly ?
