Sims 4 Seasons: Adding thermostat to every building?

So hey this is my first time playing through the sims 4 with the seasons expansion added on. Winter is literaly around the corner, its day 22 of fall and my sims experienced their first freezing day. ...

There is a mod that turns on and off all thermostats you have set up, both in residential and community lots to where they will automatically turn on, heat in the cold, and cool in the heat.
