I agree with you.
If there are no illness-related deaths, then why is there even a doctor career? Why do I need to go the hospital if I can just drink some orange juice? When my sim got sick, she has stripes, she was laughing hysterically, but her mood was happy and she was able to do things a healthy sim would do, and she didn't even need to get any rest. Where's the challenge? :|
