Sims 4 Up All Night and Life of the Party Packs?

I had never heard of these two packs, Up All Night and Life of the Party, until I went to make over Kayla Flemming from Get Famous and saw her formal wear was missing so she was in her underwear.

I looked it up, and found this thread

Apparently Kayla Flemming and Baby Ariel from Get Famous have outfits from these packs that I have never heard of? Weird that they don't use all base game and Get Famous content. Plus I have never seen these packs listed on Origin.

Anyone know anything more about this?

    Hello. I believe that Up All Night and Life of the Party content comes from the Sims 4 Digital Deluxe version. They aren't packs, just extra content for upgrading the base game.

    So it's not something with the regular Sims 4 base game can have? Or is the stuff DLC somewhere?

    I upgraded the Sims 4 Unlimited Base to
    Sims 4 Deluxe Base & it has the colorful suit, a pretty dress & some party objects.
