If this is related to a Reaper's Rewards task, please head over to our Reaper's Rewards issue list here to post in the most relevant thread for any other issues you're seeing with the event.

If this is not related to that particular event, it would be best to create a more detailed bug post with some additional information so we can better investigate.

In that case please check through this post that goes into a little more detail of how to create a bug report.
