my sims is having cramps and keeps saying miscarrage and that i need to go to the hospital but i dont have that option can i get help im new at sims?
These are mod features, not game features. Check your mods to make sure you have all the requirements. For example, you probably need to have the Get to Work EP for the hospital part.
