Outdoor activities and still nothing to cover when it rains or snows. Good businesses provide shelter to their customers.
This pack isn't designed to be ready for EP05 Seasons (2018). Maxis seems to be stuck in the endless Californian Summer.
The Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies should be named The "Soaked & Frozen" Sims 4 : Episode 91.
Weather would be a nice thing for them to consider more regarding the game. There are still packs from before Seasons that have buildings that could be redone to be more weather prepared. Planet Honey Pop! and the Hare and Hedgehog cafe are two builds that stick out the most in my mind due to winter. 😒
The good thing about weather in this game is that you have the option to turn off features in your game like rain.
You really shouldn't have to do this but bugs like indoor rain can be annoying for gameplay and screenshots.
Oh, I do turn off rain and snow when I have Seasons installed. It doesn't change the fact that the temperatures are still cold since the building is technically outside, frost is forming on the floors and my Sim is breathing out misty air here and there.
