Well I made an evil mermaid... then I made two evil mermaids to test it out.
I did have a lot of fun luring the sim.. especially with two mermaids, singing, (dunking), kissing.. (which you can do with 0 romantic interest), and skinny dipping all the while pulling him under between until the sirens call was available. After many hours of toying with him, he finally got away. I was hoping for a direct drowning.
I will find a way... because I'm use to setting up a sim death when I want it. I'm guessing I'll have to move the victim sim in to watch his motives and make sure he can't get away.
I guess the devs didn't want to give us a direct murder sim-on-sim style.. I'm disappointed but not really surprised. I'll either work with it or get a mod to "enhance" the ability later.
